Pasta Fresca places it’s focus on homemade pasta and sauces using traditional Italian cooking techniques. These are the same techniques that my grandmother taught me growing up in the Amalfi Coast region of Southwest Italy.

As many ingredients as possible are sourced locally and organically in an environmentally conscious manner. We believe that great food is impossible without great ingredients. Our philosophy is to keep our recipes simple in order to allow the ingredients we source so carefully to shine.

In addition to home-made pasta and sauce, we hope you’ll enjoy our salads, antipasti, desserts, and espresso coffee beverages; all made in-house.

There are many ways in which our customers can enjoy the elegant simplicity of our fresh pasta dishes. You have the option of dining in, taking ready-to-eat meals home, or picking up ready-to-make meal kits. Our kits include fresh homemade pasta and sauce that you can prepare yourself in less than 10 minutes. The best to-go of your life!
